Okey: This is my problem:

I downloaded Xampp. I opened ports 80/7171/7172/3306. I opened Xampp Control Panel. I tried to start apache, but it doesn't start!? The only who starts are MySQL.. What's the problem..?

Btw, I got this message when I'am trying to connect to my website: (Localhost)

Using skype? If so, turn it off, it binds port 80 (HTTP).

When you open xampp control panel... Before the "Apache" and the Start button.. check if the box SVC is filled. If not, then fill it in and try again.
