Help choose dedicated server

I plan to run an ot with a custom map of about 20 MB
I plan to have about 100 players max on the server

Can someone recommend for a good dedicated server. I use window.
I can afford about 100$ a month, if the server without set up fee that's great. I think I need a remote destop so if you know a good server that fit for me please tell me
