Compiling Help compile a working server! 7.4/7.6

Hello I have an 7.4 / 7.6 server that needs to be compiled a guy said. And I dont know how to compile it, I would like help! If you can help me throught teamviewer that would be even better. thanks

I am talking about Avesta.22.02.09,
I have the sources for the server. I got all the files for it I think. All the cpp files etc.
Windows 7


I want it be compiled so I can run the server basicly. Because a guy said it was 7.4 rl map so I rly want it to work.
