To change the spear break chance to 0, open your items.xml and find your spear. Then look for the attribute key "breakchance" and set the value to 0. As far as your script goes, open it and search for getPlayerLevel(cid) and then check to see where it looks for the value 100. If it says getPlayerLevel(cid) = lv then you look for lv = 100. Change that value to 1.
