Help me with FPS for tibia 7.6

Hey guys, I being out of tibia for some time and now I get back and tryed to take some old school frags, but when I want to play in a 7.6 OT my FPS are around 4/6... why?
I follow this "guide" and noone of the options works to me... Someone knows something else?? ...

Do a clean install of 7.6 and try all graphics settings (dx5/dx9/openGL).
If it doesn't work then open tibia 7.6, log in, open task manager on windows (ctrl+alt+del) press the tab tab called performance and printscreen it, then post it here.
