(Help) Open ports 7171 and 7172

Hi, im from mexico, i can open the ports 7171 and 7172 in TELMEX, but i have a router Arris TG862 of cablevision, someone help me?

I have the same modem, its really easy: Just enter your router config site (192.168.1.1), enter credentials, then Firewall -> Virtual Servers -> Add, then enter something like this:

Then press Add virtual server and repeat for port 7172 and 80.

Find your internal IP by entering ipconfig in the comand line.

Dont forget port 80 if you are using a website and make sure that "192.168.0.2" is your computer.

Use 192.168.0.3 because you are on a wireless connection.
