when anyplayer summon monster it no die

Try doing "/pvp 1" ingame with a gamemaster/GOD. After that, try to kill a summoned "Fire Elemental" per example xd.

edit:
There's no command like that, then change it via GUI console or in config.lua and say "/reload config".

i mean when i kill any monester in ot it no die when his hp finish it stay and attack without name or hp

Maybe you have some corrupted onKill creaturescript.
