[HELP] Where to configure HP and Mana rate?

Hey... I've searched all over the forum and I didn't find a helpful thread. I'm asking where can I change the hp and mana rate? so instead of going 5 in 5, I can configure it to something else?

gainhpamount= how much they gain
gainhp= how much they gain per level
