Historia - Tibia 6.4/7.72/8.6 Announcement

Depending on the rules, I might release a slimmed down version of Windows 98se with 6.4 installed and ready to go.
So players can just download the vmd and run it in vmware fusion or virtualbox.

Just finishing the WinXP installation in VirtualBox

When or if 6.4 reaches its player cap, players can log into the 7.9 version of the server.
The 7.9 version of Historia is just like Historia 6.4 but with a different map.
Soon or possibility next week, players can transfer characters between the two servers.
Historia 8.6 is the modern version of Historia with a huge transformation of what the 4.0 map would like like in modern times.

Looks pretty good!
Cant wait to start playing it x)

I am on Win8, came with my laptop, plus it's 64bits. Tibia 6.4 runs only on 32bits systems, no problem installing VirtualBox ;D

The last time I played the beta, maaany things were missing, he could travel you to Venore, and you could see the bugs everywhere, such a invisible tile.
It was fun though, monsters were working good too.

Very true! Though that version of Historia was based on the sprites of 6.4 into a modern client.

Still have all the older revisions of Historia lol. I plan to release a preview server of 6.4 on Otland one of these days.

Eta on server testing to be complete - 3 hours =/
Don't fret though, once complete will compensate everyone waiting patiently early access to the server =)

Server was bought today around 3pm pacific time.
Sorry again to keep you guys waiting long.
Until then the 7.9 version will be going up first to let players play.
Early access people will have private play time for awhile =)
