host on ubunutu

Ok so i got a server now with ubunutu , but the server doesnt run .exe , hmm other system mabye first time using this system so dont be harsh on me plz, anyway i have an ot and all how do i get it to run on ubunutu?? plz FLAME NO?!

Hmm You need to compile source files because Linux don't run .exe files
