Is there any way to Import Houses with Cities from one map to another one?

Is there any way to Import Houses with Cities from one map to another one?

Open first map. Then select Import Map, and import the other one. Spawns, Houses will be imported as well. Also you can open your house xml and copy paste it over.

But when I will import map with houses then all houses from map one wouldn't be in any city :/
At least it happend when I was doing it some time ago, but I will try it + maybe I have a soltuion.
