You change town ID using a map editor.

It's an 8.4 SimOne's editor that Zonet made compatible with 8.4 before anybody else released one. It uses the "fake" 8.4 .otbm version.

You should download Remere's and stop using this editor.

To change the id of a town:
In your SimOne' map editor go to tools/edit towns and you can change everything there.

To change the town id of a character:
Simply go into your players table and edit the town id to the id of the town you desire for the player you want to change it for.
