how i make a chest that ppls cant move

hello i maked a chest in game and i want it to be not moved
how i do that make sparki thing? how i make it?? help pls!

set an actionid (in RME) to it and I think they won't be able to move it anymore...

make action id 2000
in rme

i made in game actionid 2000 but they can move it and whne they take the item from the chest its giving the ma chest with item why could someone give me quest script i got one but i think is not good

go to rmemap editor
change from there

put some unique id in the chest, like 3031 or smth
