U dont have lib. Download this from internet and paste in server folder.

Can't you read the solution above? Your issue is so clear, It says you are missing lua5.1dll so all you have to do is downloading the DLL pack above and put it in same directory where your exe is.

What happens after loading logs? Can you run it using CMD? Open CMD and go to same directory where your server is and then write theforgottenserver.exe and screenshot it to me.

All you need to do is download the required DDL, then run it as an administrator.
