Is it posible to make a website from your host name or ip adress free of charge? i would like to make one with the tibia website with war stats and stuff any tutorials?

you can replace your ip adress with a website name on DynDns or No-Ip..its free of charge and really easy to use (i reccomend DynDns)

Well by normally web-sites are not free.
Yes you can make your own Account page for your Ot.
Yes its from your IP and free from charge

And ye, Its possible. To make a website thats free but it may not be .com it might be like
