I'm pretty confused on the use of .httaccess files.

How can I do something like this: http://wofb.mine.nu/phpmyadmin

I already tried some methods, but they didn't work.

Hmm make a index.php file in phpmyadmin folder
in your index.php type
"LOSER" or something ?
you dont need .httaccess files

i think you cant connect now to (phpymadmin).. :/
but if you wanna do so only "localhost" can connect do like this create a .httaccess file (in phpmyadmin folder)
and in it type

order deny,allow
deny from all
allow from 127.0.0.1

Nevermind, I just won't use phpMyAdmin...
