Hey, you probably need to download the ACC first
Go to Downloads -> Webcontent and look for a good ACC
for your Server, not all applicable for all servers
for example you cannot use an ACC made for TFS 0.3.5
on a server TFS 0.2.5 so make sure you are downloading
the right one.
Once you download the right ACC you should be able to find
config.ini inside the files you downloaded.
