You download the 0.3 , move the files you modified and the db.
if you had items.xml,monsters?,spells,actions,not movements cause they are not the same way now.. ohh and btw, scripts are the NOT same on 0.2 and 0.3

Download The Forgotten Server v0.3.2 (Crying Damson)
Then take the folders you are using and change them to the new tfs you just downloaded: spells, actions, world, xml, creature scripts etc.
