Layout + More(?)

Well, for a very long time ive been designing layouts for various needs. Yet ive never actually coded, or put them to what they are used for. Until now, don't know where else to really post this -- so feel free to move it.

Just looking for someone willing to teach me how to properly get a design working.

Design i can, slicing, i also can.

Anything beyond besides basic HTML, i cant. Im just looking to beable to make (or code) things for pre-existing ACC's, example as this guy did : http://otland.net/f118/gesior-acc-layout-coded-aleh-75172/
