I have not played Dota, so no idea how their maps looks like. But i can assure you, this looks like LoL map with diff spr's ofcourse but the shape and etc.. is like lol.

without making custom Client for this. Its easy to continue this project and finish it in few weeks. (assuming that tfs 1.x scripter has the current data folder and source)
 
Looks good but the the travel speed seems to be a problem, with some spells (especially skill shots) the travel speed should be quite slow compared to the typical tibia travel speed. Also katarina's shunpo (blink and deal damage) is missing, I'm sure it would be too overpowered in tibia style maps, but in a moba style map it should be fine.
