Learing Spells

How can I turn on spell learing automatically ? I must learn every spell in NPC. I want to when you reach level, you have spell, you don't have go to NPC.

In my config.lua isn't " --Spell Learning"

data/spells/spells.xml , open that.

Then, CTRL+H , type in the first window =

needlearn="0" ,

and replace with =

needlearn="1"
