Use the pic editor to extract the Tibia.pic

It will create a sup-folder with the Tibia.pic images inside.

You edit those images then compile them.


Note: You must use a picture editor that saves alpha bytes. Like Photoshop.

MS PAINT WILL NOT WORK.
