Looking for an OT

I've been looking for an OT for some time now that matches a certain criteria and I continuously come up short. So I am here to ask for some suggestions that match my criterai:

Must haves:
Non-pvp option
9.6 or custom client
low-med exp & skill rates
"donations" for VIP at a reasonable price (less than $10 USD for a month VIP/premium)
Solo Friendly

Preferred:
Many quest (solo friendly quest)
Custom Items
Unlimited ammunition
Pet system
Working Market
Custom Vocations (or promotions, Reborn)

Real or Custom map is fine, Custom preferred. The more unique the better.

but they just announced they will reset the server so u'll have to wait a bit before u can play it i guess...

Waiting on reset for Arthas.eu.
Unline is great, I've played it before but I don't want to have to pay $1000.00 to deck out my character.

Ex: Supreme Armor Maker 30%

+30% Maximum Health
+30% Maximum Mana
Compound on armor.

I like mounts and the graphic updates on houses and maps. Mostly for mounts lol

I'v got a 9.6 I'm working on... Was up for a little bit, but it's down now due to map updating, an new dedi..... eta on dedi is unknown tho as I'v paid, however waiting on a email for my login info... -.-
