MageBombers Caused Todays Crash?

Before the super lag and then major crash happened today, i ran into what i'm pretty sure is a magebomber, so i decided to take SS of him , just incase, he said he was training his bomb... so yeah about 10-15 mins after that happend the server major lags and crash, and when im finally able to log in, about 7 mins later. i search the spawns and foound another guy at hydras, the first being at rots training.
