I use photoshop, but there are a few other free programs out there (krita & Gimp are some of the most poppular ones)

Terraria is a game, not an ots. Long story short it's 2d minecraft. Very cool game.

I ran Panther's Terraria server for about 10 years has since been retired due to the devs of Terraria shitting in the faces of the multiplayer/modding community devs though. I also had some ideas from my custom server stolen and put into a later update of Terraria... but I digress.
