Make moveable NON moveable OBJECTS

Sup wanted to know if there is a way to make non moveable objets move? This could be the object you choose, dont know... maybe a big rock or something..By moving it I mean like pushing it arround like it can be done with a gp on the ground or some box..

Something like adding some action or modifying something in items.xml...I've tryied to make it just adding

<attribute key="moveable" value="true"/>

In items.xml But thats not working..
I really need this could some one help.

There is a program that can open your items.Otb file in your items folder. You can change it there.
