Making a custom vocation

Well, since no one posted on my scripter thread, I thought I might as well just ask for a tutorial here on making a custom vocation. So, if anyone could show/tell me how to do this, that'd be great.

First go to data/XML and open "vocations.xml"
This is what you are supposed to see:

Now add this:

Make sure to change the vocation id to something that isn't used by any other vocation.
