[Modern AAC] GalaxyBlue Theme

GalaxyBlue theme modified from Default by me for Modern AAC.

Some bugs and unfinished parts, but I will find some time to fix it.
Also you need to update Public folder and the corresponding folders in it with yours to make the alert box fit into the theme.
