monster attacks 50% hp

Hello, as title says, I want a monster which attacks by 50% to all players for example:
to someone who has 100 hp it will hit 50, and to someone of 800 hp then it will hit 400

1. You want 50% of max health or 50 % of current health???
2. I dont know how to do that.... But i know it is doing a creaturescript and adding it to the xml of the monster... xD If someone wants to try.... xD a little help... jajja

He wants a monster that will deal 50% damage on a player..
You have 800 hp and the monster will hit you 50% wish is 400 hp
You have 20 hp and the monster will hit you 50% wish is 10 hp
