Lua Monster spell which reduces skill

Hello,

I would like to know what command i would need to use in the data monster file to reduce skill. An example monster would be ghazbaran who uses a spell to reduce all melee skills when you are fighting him. There are other monsters too.

This is for TFS (probably the lastest) although i am not sure exactly which version. If it makes a difference i can find out.

i hope the problem is simple and i've explained it well.

You simply would have to create a custom spell which decreases the users skill for X time, and then have the monster cast that spell.

Cool,thanks for that. I'll have a little look around and see if anything exists like. Im not great at scripting but if i need to i can make that
