My friends cant log into my open tibiaserv

Hello when my friends trying to connect to my serv they can see character list but when they log into game it says error.
i have no clue why.
i have opend ports 80,7171,7172 and 3306

Hi, can you check if you ports are open here: http://************/portchecker.php

btw, You should keep 3306 closed due security reasons.

But dont i need 3306 for my website to work with ingame?
