Actually, I didn't knew shit at 14 except how to use a browser :p
Started to get "technical" at 2008 or something as I got bored of just playing games on the PC.

Anyway, I started with php like the same day I made this thread I think.
It's thanks to Absolute Mango & google that I've made it this "far", else I would be stuck with my stupid database error xD

Lol, I'm not going to tutor someone when I'm insecure myself in the language, even if I was secure enough I wouldn't bother to learn someone a new language.

Use google and read some tutorials instead.

I wouldn't mind answering questions, or assisting you to solve issues and even introducing you to some good functions etc. I don't really feel like teaching you how everything works though so I would recommend you to use tizag/w3schools.
 
My personal opinion is that the colors did not invite me to actually feel this site would be something I would even use or visit often. You need to sit down and start focusing on how and where you wish to use your paddings, many people think that padding is no big deal. But padding actually makes the whole site look professional and etc.
Also you have chosen to add "lightning" into the site, however the site goes dark in some places where other parts go brighter(???). When adding such a feature you would need to imagine your site getting the sun from somewhere and stick with it. Also adding the menu text in the middle of the menu is a important thing, they are now currently too far down.

However, i'm just stating my personal opinions. Use them or flush them :)
