Need help please read this fast!

hi, i want to host my own ot server. I have definitly port forwarded correctly as i have had a friend come round and check (whom has port forwardedd for his own ot. I used PortForward.com - Port Forwarding Guides Listed by Manufacturer and Model. Still nobody can log into my server i dont udnerstand what the problem is just please help me fast!

Open Port Check Tool also u can check if port is open from there

i Chedked that port check tool and it replied( Error: I could not see your service on 92.24.222.75 on port (7171)) But it says the same to my friend who hosts his ot perfectly. The model of my modem is Phillips sna5630ns/06

Try disabling any firewalls, including Windows Firewall to see if it's blocking the port
