Need help to start my 8.6 OT

Hello everyone!
First off all.. IM TOTALY NEW TO THIS SO PLEASE DONT BLAME ME FOR BEEING NOOB! Thanks.

So i decided to start my own 8.6 server and would need a lot of help since i dont have any experience at all. I've been mapping for some years and helpt a friend for long time ago with he's server but i never created my OWN server.

What stuffs do i need to my computer? Is there any good tutorial how to make a 8.6 server? I cant really find the help that i need so thats why i create this thread
I've read that i need TFS and some other things like LUA etc..
Is there anyone who wanna help me or know a good thread for me, that would be great! Thanks y'all.
