need help with my server

hey guys for some reason i can not connect to my server others can log in around the world but i cant it wont let me log in

i am running the forgottenh server

could i please get help

all my ports are open 7171 7172 8000 all udp and tcp

but i cant log in


and on the database it scrambles all the passwords for accounts

not 127...
