Need help :-with .spr

Hi guys,

I'm in the need of a 7.72 .spr file with the 7.4 graphics. I've tried to create one myself, but I get messed up graphics.
If anyone has a proper 7.72 .spr file with the 7.4 graphics I'd be very happy
