Water Vortex + Stairs = u get to some underwater area.

I had like 5 ideas of what its use it in less than sum seconds.

It's not nessesarily the 'old' mountain border. They brought in a new one into the game but this one is still very useable in different styles and not bad looking at all.

It's really neat Neon, Its the old you but then better haha
