No.. I don't mean pvp-e like in real tibia dolera/inferna, i mean pvpe with a skull system, a frag system. You wouldn't be able to just kill everyone you saw, you would still get red skull and ban if you kill too many people =p
 
I think if you want promotion at level 20 you gotta do desert quest, i would probably just use the money i already have to make some runes and go hunt them up hoping to loot something rare/semi-rare
