if i navigate it

Question: does this script requed a (this) game webpage/Engine ?

so after small reading i can see that script creates form via $_REQUEST (Post/Get) command etc.. :thumbup:

I strongly recommend you to use InType. It's really leightweight, has a simple, clean layout and you don't have like 1 billion options to choose from if you try to do something. I chose it because of the simplicity it offers.

6748222, I don't really seem to get your problem. Can you explain it again please, maybe a bit more clear? Would be easier for me to understand . The form isn't created using $_REQUEST.. If I'm right the form method is $_POST, would be a big fail otherwise.
