Nothing to fully working server with RL map on Debian 7. Or just how to configure a dedicated server

i fixed this by running sudo apachectl stop - turns out apache was running in the background and prevented nginx from starting on the desired port.

Hey @dominique120

What should I change on /etc/nginx/sites-available/default ?

Here is my file, and I tried changing about the same that you did, and I got errors.
Code:

# Generally, you will want to move this file somewhere, and start with a
# clean file but keep this around for reference. Or just disable in
# sites-enabled.
