Windows Npc exhaust time

The npc's are talking on exact time as I talk, is this a bug or is it something with npc script I should change?

Yes, I got this thing too, but I would not call it problem, cuz thats rlly handy. For example if you rush from cralin to yalahar, you just fast say hi. yalahar, yes. But if there is like 1 or 2 sec delay, you have to w8 till that npc channel shoves up. Thats annoying -.-

Well, we have quests etc which they should talk slowly but they are just spamming the text

search in npcsystem script something with talkdelay, change the value. Maybe that will be it.
