NPC or Teleport for Changing Residence

Hi there, does anyone have an NPC script or action script for changing residence? I need it for my server (yes, I used the search function... no, I didn't find anything). If someone could help me I'd be more than thankful and ofc rep for you

why not just use a teleporter? or copy the functions used inside citizen teleport script (data/movements/scripts/citizen.lua) into an npc/action script

Because I'm a terrible scripter.. he.. he.. and I don't know how that citizen script works If I'd knew how to do it I wouldn't ask for help. Anyways I'm gonna try to do what you said, thanks for the tip! Rep+, but still... if someone has a script, please let me know.
