One house per account

I know that it's possible to do. Does anyone know how to? I wish I could allow players to have only 1 house per 1 account.

I think u must store this in account if player have house (1) and if he dont have (0) should be smth like this

I think (I suspect rather) that it's possible to do the check if player on account has already house by the server side without SQL.
