Are there documents for OTB, OTBM and SPR implementations?

What i'd like to know:
+ Extracting and packing a SPR programatically of course
+ Internal encoding/decoding of OTBM map files

I hope someone can point me in the right direction

.DAT and .SPR have a layman breakdown here.
You won't find layman break-downs for the OTB or OBTM according to my quick searches.

So, go through the source of any application/tool that processes those files to find their spec.

• DAT/SPR: ObjectBuilder or OTClient
• OTB: Item-Editor
• OTBM: TFS or RME

As an example, here's where you would find information on the .OTBM spec:

• TFS code-base[1][2]
• RME code-base[1][2]
