other players cannot connect to website?

i can connect to website using my no-ip address but other people cannot open website for some reason any ideas to what could be wrong?

Which sounds a bit like a local (LAN) IP range. Not a global/WAN address.

venore-war.servegame.com should point to your global IP, that will connect people to your router.
Then you need to configure your router to open ports 80, 443, 7171 and 7172 to 192.168.1.251. (assuming 192.168.1.251 is the local IP for the hosting machine).

That way, people will (through those configured ports) connect properly to your host with your global IP. (or its address alias: venore-war.servegame.com)

And server config.lua should have your global IP written (not the address name, but IP). Your server should then be accessible through your global IP and global address.

Keep in mind your router might also have a firewall that blocks this traffic that you need to configure, also your hosting machine might also have a firewall that blocks this traffic from going through.
