I am guessing it's because of the Vip system implanted in the scripts.

Cool server, however I can not open it on my dedicated linux with wine othire.exe command
most do not come if still open in my computer even to test
as the boat npc, I switched the files, however it says I'm "pz" in the case, as if I'd PK .. then he does not take place or for one ..

It should work, maybe it's asking for another dll with similar name.
