Windows OTItemEditor 8.54 [SOLVED]

I've added a couple of sprites (600~) to both the .spr and then to the .dat file and when I try running them with OTItemEditor it wont start, it basically just doesn't respond..However I'm able to work with my old .spr and .dat file which got a bunch of custom sprites already.
I'm using OTItemEditor 8.54.

This is the window that pops up.

Is there perhaps a sprite limit, if so is there a possibility to break it?
My spr file is 42 mb and my dat file is 280 kb

try running on admin's priviliges and windows xp sp3 - might work.

Weird...very weird. However it did actually work.
