IMO I think mcMMO is best but PwnCraft is neat(and probabbly outdated), if you guys want this and don't like any of these search for a plug in that you might like.

Members can use iConomy properly:
/money pay username ammount
/money rank (see your highscore in money)
/money (See your money balance)

Members can use ChestShop properly:
Create chest.
/iteminfo = see itemid of the item you currently are wielding.

Members can kill monsters to earn money.

Added more security to shopping center. Creepers will not explode close the shopping center at all.

Vampire system: Looks pretty fucking awesome: XD

When being hit by vampire there is 1/30% chance of infection.
After 3 minecraft day/night cycles you turn into vampire if you are infected.

Holy altars (everyone can make using correct blocks) can cure you from a vampire, or cure the infection.
Evil altars (everyone can make using correct blocks) will infect you and turn you into a vampire.

Vampires do not breath. (They can walk underwater without loosing breath)
Vampires does more damage, and can infect humans.
Vampires need to drain blood, best way to drain blood is to attack humans. But they can attack monsters as well.
Vampires wont be attacked by monsters unless the vampire attacks first.
Vampires will burn if they are exposed to daylight.
Vampires can not die of falling.
Vampires Can jump and fly using a red rose. At the cost of blood. (they need to attack animals or humans to get blood).

Edit: Updated server from rev 816 to 818. This is an official recommended build for this minecraft version. Yay!

Citizen seems like an awesome idea, Jail sistem I liek, Pathogen is nice, Vampire is outdated as shit but it's a great idea.

it cannot be "tested", you could try download it, but it wont work going into multiplay servers..
