Windows [Otserv & Tfs] Output Bug

Hello,

on the otserv svn was a crash bug that only happened on windows called "output message~". Remere fixed it and elf also fixed it
on tfs 0.3.3 or 0.3.4.
I want to know what has been fixed there because I want to implent it on tfs 0.2.1.

I hope someone can help me.
