I did, the npc for sabre is duncan and for hat is some girl I can't remember the name; both npcs doesn't exist

@karid - I tried that npc, too bad he doesnt' answer :$

and yes, I've tried multiple words like mission, quest, job, mermaid, quest, outfit, task, pirate, hat


@edit - ups, haven't tried second pirate addon xD
